The College is joint signatory of a letter published in The Telegraph on 18 September, which calls for reforms that would ensure that children in special schools have regular sight tests.
The letter refers to An equal right to sight, a report by charity SeeAbility, which reveals that thousands of vulnerable children with disabilities are missing out on crucial eye care, despite the high risk of sight problems.
